PLANS FOR 240 UNITS IN PHASES: MEETING TONIGHT

We're sharing some good news. Service Credit Union confirms it will build a phased total of 240 units behind its headquarters on Lafayette Road.

• The project prioritizes workforce housing, aiming to provide affordable apartments for employees and other workers in the city.
• The first phase includes 140 workforce apartments, with later phases potentially adding townhouses, veteran housing, and a childcare center.
• Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) of Boston will develop the first phase.
