Portsmouth's housing crisis just got a plan

Dear Portsmouth resident,

On February 17, the City Council voted 9–0 to formally launch a comprehensive Housing Action Plan — a binding directive to the Planning Department to develop and adopt a citywide housing strategy. This is the outcome PROGRESS PORTSMOUTH has been working toward and we thank advocates and all members of the City Council for great support. This is a landmark vote for future Portsmouth and its citizens.
