Dear Portsmouth resident,

At the City Council meeting on April 7 at 7pm you can support a more urgent approach to our housing crisis. Help balance out the naysayers. This Guest View by Gerald Duffy makes the case. You can email the Council, attend the meeting, or Zoom in at your convenience.
