Bio
I was born and raised in Portsmouth, married my Portsmouth High School sweetheart and we have two boys and four grandkids. I have a distinguished 30 year law enforcement background and would truly appreciate your vote for me.
Why I’m Running
I have all the qualifications to be elected to this position. As with my prior service on this police commission, my purpose was and remains to serve the people. It’s more than a position, it’s a passion of mine.
Goals and objectives:
- To support the efforts to retain professional officers and qualified staff, as that not only benefits the police department, it also saves taxpayers money.
- To educate and inform our community of services that are available and are provided by the police department.
- To oversee progression of the new police facility.
I’ve been encouraged to run by many community members and have been endorsed by Stefany Shaheen and Mary Carey Foley, among others.
